Frank "Kiddus-I" Dowding
Frank KIDDUS-I Dowding, seen performing “Graduation in Zion” in Harry J’s studio in an early scene in ROCKERS, has been writing poetry and essays as well as music for many years. Kiddus was one of the prime movers behind a loosely-structured artists’ collective for writers, craftsman, actors, dancers and musicians in the mid 1970’s. His first hit, a disco 45 entitled “Security” was instrumental in cooling tensions between warring ghetto gang in 1978.
